A star of TLC’s Sister Wives dropped a huge bombshell in a new episode teaser.

In an episode that is set to air on Sunday, October 12, Maddie Brown Brush reveals that she is expecting her fourth child. However, that’s not the only exciting news the mom of three reveals to Janelle Brown and Christine Brown.

Brush tells her moms (Janelle and Christine still consider themselves sister wives, despite no longer being spiritually married to Kody Brown) that the baby is due the day her brother, Garrison Brown, died, on March 5, 2024. The irony is not lost on the women, who shared their thoughts on the coincidence in separate confessionals.

In a trailer for the new episode posted to Facebook, Maddie said, “It was a surprise. It wasn’t planned.” She then announced the baby had a due date of March 4, saying she believed it was a “Garrison thing.”

Janelle responded, “March 4 or 5. Either day is good. I was so excited. It’s cool because it coincides with Garrison’s death.”

Christine added, “This is good. It’s like a full cycle.”

Fans became emotional about the teaser in the comments section of the clip’s Facebook post. One fan wrote, “Garrison wants something else associated with that date. He’s bringing light to what would otherwise always be a dark, dark day for your family.”

A second penned, “The idea of Garrison being reborn into the family.” A third fan agreed, “A good reason to celebrate and a sad one on the same day. It will be good. Not a shadow on the day, but another layer of love.”

When did Maddie Brown have her baby?

Maddie Brown delivered her fourth child, a daughter named Emilia Estelle Brush, on March 14, 2025, over a week after her expected due date. While the infant didn’t share the same birthday as Garrison Brown, she does share something even more special: a name that connects her to him, shared Maddie on Instagram.

In the comments section of Brush’s birth announcement post, a fan asked the reality television star if Emilia’s middle name is a tribute to Garrison. They wrote, “I love her name, especially Estelle. Is it like a tribute to Garrison since Estelle means star in Latin?” Brush responded, “That is exactly what it is.”

Maddie Brown Brush has been married to Caleb Brush since 2016. They are parents to four children: Axel, 7, Evie, 5, Josephine, 2, and Emilia.
