The person injured in the car crash allegedly caused by former General Hospital star Haley Pullos (ex-Molly) has received a settlement in his lawsuit, according to Us Weekly. On Oct. 3, court documents were filed, and the person hurt in the accident, Courtney Wilder, will get over $1 million. This will be as a result of insurance payouts.

Wilder and No Comment (the restaurant where Pullos was employed before the accident in question) reached the settlement. No Comment’s insurance company will pay out the sum. According to the deal:

Pullos was arrested for driving under the influence in 2023. In his suit, Wilder claimed he was severely injured after Pullos allegedly swerved, crossed a barrier, and entered oncoming traffic, colliding with his car while going at almost 60 miles per hour on the freeway.

Wilder didn’t name the restaurant in his first lawsuit but included them as a defendant in a since-amended complaint; Wilder alleged that No Comment’s owner encouraged Pullos to drink with people at work and did not provide a safe way for employees to get home. No Comment denied accusations of wrongdoing.

Pullos denied claims of wrongdoing in the suit, claiming Wilder’s injuries were a result of forces beyond her control and were as a result of Wilder’s conduct. The settlement doesn’t involve her, though, and she hasn’t been dismissed from the case.

Pullos served 90 days in jail with time served, her lawyer said, along with a nine-month DUI program, a Mothers Against Drunk Driving program, and private counseling. She reportedly entered rehab after the crash.

Pullos played Molly on GH from 2009 to 2023. The role is currently portrayed by Kristen Vaganos.
