That’s a wrap for Sofia Mattsson in the role of Sasha Gilmore on General Hospital. Mattsson, who joined the ABC daytime drama back in 2018, made her final appearance on July 18.

In the storyline, Sasha moved to France to be with her father, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), and she brought little Daisy with her. This was in order to protect her baby girl.

Speaking with TV Insider, the actress opens up about her exit. She shared, “It was special because normally we don’t always shoot in order, but my last scenes that aired were actually filmed last,” she relays. “And, of course, it was special that they were with Tristan. I really loved how sweet those scenes were.”
