1000-lb Sisters season seven has reached a critical moment for Tammy Slaton as the reality star heads into skin removal surgery.
Fans haven’t been able to see the full results just yet, but they’re hoping for a huge update when the next episode airs this Tuesday, June 10.
Over on TLC’s official Instagram page, a sneak peek has been shared in which Tammy’s doctor, Dr. Peter Rubin, reveals she’ll look completely different post-surgery.

“I requested from Tammy some photos of her from her teenage years,” he explained.

“To see a neckline or a jawline that we could follow along with in our shaping procedures.”
As Dr. Rubin went on, a number of photos from Tammy’s high school years appeared, revealing this will be the first time for decades that she’s had a distinct jawline.
He added: “But we didn’t really see any photos where she really had a defined neckline or jawline.
1000-lb Sisters fans who have been watching along for the past five years are desperate to see the results of Tammy’s surgery, having followed her weight loss journey since she weighed over 700lbs.
One fan joked: “Bruh he just flamed her so hard but in a doctor way.”
Someone else exclaimed: “I am on the edge of my seat!! So happy for Tammy.”
Another fan commented: “Tammy deserves this. She has put in so much effort and is really sticking to it.”

It’s currently unknown if Tammy and her sister Amy will return for an eighth season of 1000-lb Sisters.
